We offer a training course entitled Management For Church Leaders™ which is designed to give pastors and church leaders a basic understanding of leadership and church management principles and practices. It is Biblically based and provides practical, how-to training for any church leader. It was originally developed in 2001 by Barry Voss, who is our President and Director of this training. This extensive training manual contains such topics as: leadership development, people management, ministry planning, financial management and general management. It has been taught in many different countries around the world, and has been translated into Spanish, Russian, Latvian, French and several India dialects (Hindi, Tellagu, and Tamil).

David is currently on staff with Emmanuel Bible Church in Lima as Pastor of Small Group Ministries with responsibility for training and discipleship. David formerly worked for Peru For Christ where he had responsibility for training pastors all throughout Peru. He also spent a year in China as a missionary and is fluent in several languages. David will be working with Faithlife Ministries to help us bring our training to all of South America as well as Peru.

Ayub Khayo is Pastor of Deliverance Church in Nakuru, a church of about 300 members in the village of Mwanga near Nakuru. But he is also a man with a vision and has plans to add a school and medical clinic to his property. He also is active in evangelizing his community and partners with several other local ministers to impact Nakuru and Kenya for Christ. He has established several Leadership Training Centers throughout Kenya to raise up more effective church leaders. Ken is a retired professional church worker whose most recent position was as Director of Christian Outreach at Brookfield Lutheran Church in Brookfield, WI. Ken has spent the past 20 years in church ministry after a successful business career. Ken has taught on the mission field for the past 10 years and is a gifted counselor and trainer. He has a special heart for the country of Kazakhstan and is a co-trainer with Barry of Management for Church Leaders each September at the Agape Bible School in Almaty.

Daryl Hoh is a member of the FaithLife Ministries Board of Directors and has been helping train church leaders in Kenya, Nicaragua and Paraguay with Barry since 2007. Daryl has an extensive background in business sales and marketing and has also been assisting us with fundraising and other ministry activities. He is an active member of the Highlands Church in Gainesville, GA and serves on their missions board.
