From the beginning the purpose of FaithLife Ministries was to train and equip churches and church leaders for ministry in the mission field. That's our primary focus. In early mission trips we noticed that the mission field training focus always seemed to be on pastors. And that was good. However, we saw the a need for the training of children, youth and adult leaders. So using the gifts and people God had given us, we began offering children's and youth ministry leadership training.
