We believe that our calling from God is to provide leadership and management training for pastors and church leaders in less developed nations to help them become more effective in making disciples of Jesus Christ. To that end we have developed standardized training manuals that are basic, simple, Biblical, practical, useful and re-teachable, so that pastors and church leaders in poor areas can learn basic leadership and management principles from the Bible and skills from our own experience and teach them to others.
We work through foreign partners in each nation who share our vision and who are willing and able to coordinate training conferences for us when we come as well as identify other leaders in their nation who can also train our material. We currently provide training in Church Leadership & Management and Children's Ministry. Our focus continues to be on areas where there is little access to such training or the ability to pay for it.
