Our Mission
Our mission is to encourage, train and equip church leaders for ministry in the Third World. To do that we:
- Provide leadership training to Bible students, Pastors, Children's, Youth and Adult Ministry leaders.
- Develop training materials, creative ministry skits, and children's ministry curriculum.
- Organize and lead short term mission trips for evangelism and ministry.
How We Began
FaithLife Ministries was founded by Barry Voss in 2001 as a ministry to train and equip Christian leaders in the mission field. As we ministered in various countries with other mission organizations, we recognized the specific need for training of children's, youth and adult ministry leaders. There were many ministries providing pastoral training, but few who were meeting the needs of these other groups of church leaders.
As we began to do this type of mission trip, God began to open more doors and show us the tremendous need for it all over the globe, especially in third world nations. He also began to show us the need for church management training, because so many pastors and church leaders had little or no management experience or educational training beyond 8th grade. So we were led to focus our ministry on providing leadership training in the remote areas of the mission field where little training was available or affordable.
